<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic-metal complex which precipitates no reactive layer and requires no reaction-preventive layer, which is excellent in both thermal and electric conductivity, and which can be manufactured at low costs. <P>SOLUTION: The ceramic-metal complex comprises a base of which principal constituent is cordierite and which has a plurality of porosities.
