PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an induction heating cooker controlling temperature with good accuracy by changing temperature control parameters for fried food cooking in compliance with a degree of warp of a pot and the volume of oil as a load. SOLUTION: A low-power heating starting means 16 starts heating, and a clock means 14 starts time measuring. A pot warp judging means 8 judges the pot warp, and a TO deciding means 29 decides the TO. Next, A temperature raising means 9 reads the result of the judgement of the pot warp judging means 8 and stops the heating when the warp of the pot is large, and judges the volume of oil to perform a temperature raising operation corresponding to the warp and the volume of oil.
