PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce collision between return signals of mobile stations which is generated when a number of mobile stations exist in an area specified by a base station when the base station performs areal polling. SOLUTION: Information for specifying the number of slots transmitted at random by the mobile stations as well as the latitude/longitude information of the specific area (a area specified by the base station) transmitted when the base station performs the areal polling are added. The collision among the mobile stations on radio data is reduced and mobile station information collected by the base station is further exactly displayed by reducing the number of slots when it is assumed that the number of mobile stations is small according to the size and location of a fixed range specified by the base station and increasing the number of slots when is is assumed that the number of mobile stations is large.
