PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform correction with high accuracy by using a D/A converter with the number of bits low and suppressing quantization errors and to realize temperature correction at a low cost. SOLUTION: An actual observation waveform of correction voltage required for different temperatures is divided in an interval of the minimum resolution of D/A conversion, and a voltage digital value representing a voltage value and its correspondence time are calculated from each division point of the actual measurement waveform. A plurality of sets consisting of a voltage digital value and time are made correction data, attached with an address and stored in advance, the correction data is read on the basis of a detection address representing temperature, a voltage digital value and time about correction voltage requested by the detection address are extracted or calculated from the correction data, and the obtained voltage digital value is sequentially outputted to a D/A converting means in accordance with corresponding time.
