PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control suspension taking various states of a vehicle into consideration based on the actual shape of the surface of the road and properly control suspension even on a rough road by making a control unit learn the shape of the surface of the road. SOLUTION: This device has an upper direction and lower direction acceleration sensor to detect the acceleration in the upper and lower directions of the vehicle 11 and the control unit, which determines the shape of a road face by estimating the swell and roughness of the road face based on the upper and lower direction acceleration of the vehicle 11, which is detected the upper and lower direction acceleration sensor and determines a suspension control value based on the road face shape.
