PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an upper road wheel of a crawler type traveling device capable of preventing increase in rotation resistance caused by soil/sand or the like and stably exhibiting function of the upper road wheel for a long period of time. SOLUTION: The upper road wheel of the crawler type traveling device is provided with a shaft 1; a support part 2 for supporting an axial central part of the shaft 1; and a pair of rollers 3, 3 disposed at both ends 1a, 1a of the shaft 1 and rotated with the shaft 1.
