PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat flow channel forming body constituting an extremely light weight and compact temperature control device which has a high temperature control efficiency and which can be easily manufactured. SOLUTION: The flat flow channel forming body has a body part formed by placing flexible sheets on one another, and an attachment part 7 formed by partly attaching the opposing sheets.
