PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator capable of delicately and accurately controlling oil amount and oil pressure. SOLUTION: A pair of pinions 26 having different gear pitch are meshed with each rack part 25 of a piston shaft 23 having a first piston 22, respectively. Each pinion 26 is connected with an electric motor 27 to rotate and drive it individually. A hydraulic fluid pressure feeding mechanism 33 in which a third piston 31 advances by a second piston 29 advancing by oil pressure in a second pressure chamber 28 communicating with a first pressure chamber 24 to push hydraulic fluid out of a third pressure chamber 32 is provided to constitute this actuator 20.
