PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and easily manufacturable bearing with a resin pulley capable of obtaining large turn resistance force between the resin pulley and an outer ring of the bearing. SOLUTION: A pin hole 1a is formed on an outer peripheral face 1x of the outer ring 1 of the bearing, a pin 10 protruding in the radial direction is fitted into this pin hole 1a from the outer peripheral face 1x of the outer ring, and then the resin pulley 6 is integrally formed at the outer periphery of the outer ring 1 of the bearing by injection molding to cover the pin 10. Even when relative slide occurs between the pulley 6 and the outer ring 1, the pin 10 provided on the outer peripheral face 1x of the outer ring functions as resistance in the peripheral direction for the relative slide to provide high turn prevention effect in this bearing with the resin pulley. Machining for providing the pin hole 1a in the outer ring 1 of the bearing is easy when compared with a conventional turn prevention means, thereby reducing cost of the whole bearing with the resin pulley.
