PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extremely prevent the breaking of a mounting section and the damage to panel itself by singly moving a wall panel without being subject to a direct effect by the vibrations of a frame member even when the frame member such as a solid rack is vibrated. SOLUTION: Recessed-shaped furring strips 4 are fixed horizontally to a steel frame 2 for the solid rack 1 installed in a freezing refrigerator while a hooked supporting member 8 engaged in the upward space 4a of the furring strips 4 is fixed on the support 5 side for mounting the panel. The hooked supporting member 8 is engaged with the upward space 4a of the furring strips 4 under the state, in which a clearance 9 is formed between both the member 8 and the furring strips 4 and a support 5 for mounting the panel and a heat-insulating panel 6 installed to the support 5 are moved singly to the solid rack 1.
