PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a graft copolymer having excellent adhesion to a polar material and excellent scratch resistance, to obtain a graft copolymer composition containing the copolymer, to provide a molding of the composition, and to provide a method for producing the copolymer. SOLUTION: The graft copolymer is obtained by reacting aβ-substituted propenyl pendant polyolefin resin with a vinyl monomer having an acid, so that the copolymer has such a structure that vinyl polymer segments formed out of the vinyl monomer having the acid are suspended in a molecular chain of the polyolefin resin segments throughβ-substituted propenyl groups.
