PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive composition which exhibits excellent adhesive strength to a non-polar substrate and gives a transparent adhesive layer. SOLUTION: The adhesive composition comprises an epoxidized diene-based triblock copolymer (a), a compound (b) bearing at least one epoxy group and at least one hydroxy group, and an active energy ray-sensitive cationic polymerization initiator (c).
