PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use up lipstick by directly putting lipstick between tray members for fixing lipstick on lips. SOLUTION: A tray member is divided into a tray A and a cylinder B, the tray A and the cylinder B are fixed by means of various methods, and a screw rod C, the tray A and the cylinder B are moved up by the force of rotating motions of a supporting cylinder E and a stand F, such that lipstick H is moved up. A member on an upper end of a cylindrical member D is bent inside, the upward movement of the cylinder B is stopped by the inwardly bent member on the upper end of the cylindrical member B, and the force 5 times to 100 times as strong as the force of the rotating motion required for the upward movement is imparted to the force of the rotating motions of the supporting cylinder E and the stand F, such that the tray A and the cylinder B are unfixed. Then, the tray A and the lipstick H fixed in the cylinder B are moved up with respect to the cylinder B, and the whole lipstick H is put out of the upper end of the cylinder B and the upper end of the cylindrical member D.
