METHOD FOR DEVELOPING A HIGH-POWER HELIOENERGETIC PLANT

The inventive method for developing high-power helioenergetic plants relates to solar power engineering and wind-power engineering. Said method is based on a combined use of direct solar radiation, energy of reflected solar beams, pressure and temperature differential, natural wind energy, heat accumulated by a water basin or by other solar heat accumulators during daylight and summer time, energy of water vapour produced by natural and artificial vaporisation and energy of the phase transition of water into ice. For the purpose of said method the following elements are used: flexibly fixed helio-absorbing platforms, a drafting pipe, additional heating of air in an under-platform space carried out by means of a heat-insulated water space and others types of helio-heat accumulators arranged under a translucent heat-insulating covering, the food production on a water surface organised under said translucent heat-insulating covering and exothermal industrial equipment disposed in the offshore region of an air-discharge pipe.
