<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal capable of preventing deterioration of an antenna gain. <P>SOLUTION: A mobile telephone set 1h is composed of a lower casing 10 as a first casing and an upper casing 20 as a second casing which is mounted to be turnable on a first surface 10c, and is provided with a monopole antenna 30 as a first antenna incorporated on the side of a protruding portion which is protruded from an overlapping portion of the lower casing 10 in a mobile state of overlapping the upper casing 20 on the lower casing 10, and a monopole antenna 50 as a second antenna provided on the side of the upper casing 20 away from the lower casing 10 in a use state of opening the upper casing 20 from the lower casing 20 and making the first surface 10c proximate to the human head 100.
