HEAT-CONDUCTIVE INTERFACE MATERIAL AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-conductive interface material having thin thickness, excellent flexibility and high and uniform heat-conductivity and provide a method for producing the material.

SOLUTION: The heat-conductive interface material contains a polymer material and carbon nanotubes distributed in the polymer material. The carbon nanotubes form a heat-conductive path in the direction perpendicular to the surface of the interface material. Accordingly, the heat-conductive interface material has remarkably high heat conductance.
