<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of hardened fine powders and an apparatus therefor, which can reduce costs for transportation of a block produced from the hardened fine powders and for management of the fine powders in their production area. <P>SOLUTION: In a method comprising mixing fine powders of coal ash, etc. a hardening material such as a cement and water with one another at an appropriate ratio, followed by hardening to produce hardened fine powders (e.g. a block of hardened coal ash (a coal ash concrete)), a process for measuring the optimum mixing ratio for the hardened coal ash having the desired compressive strength and a process for producing the hardened coal ash based upon the optimum mixing ratio are included. In the process for producing the hardened coal ash, there are included the 1st process comprising mixing the coal ash with a cement at the optimum mixing ratio measured to produce a material for the hardened coal ash, the 2nd process comprising adding water to the produced material at the optimum mixing ratio, followed by kneading to give a kneaded coal ash material, and the 3rd process comprising charging the kneaded material in a mold and hardening the material by high frequency vibration to give the hardened coal ash. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
