<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer a right to directly use contents between terminals, and to automatically obtain the approval of a copyright owner. <P>SOLUTION: A ticket indicating the use right of contents is issued separately from contents, and the transfer of the ticket is operated between terminals. In transferring the ticket between the terminals, a transfer monitoring server on a network is informed for checking so that the transfer can be approved by the copyright owner of the contents.
