<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of appropriately evaluating the quality of a preceding process according to progresses up to the preceding process, and changing the quality index of a post-process. <P>SOLUTION: A work plan and a work result, input respectively to a schedule input part 11 and a progress input part 12, are recorded respectively in a schedule storage table 20 and a progress storage table 21. A weighting part 13 weights the work plan and the work result recorded. A quality evaluating part 15 calculates a quality evaluation value. A correcting part 14 corrects the work result. Based on the quality evaluation value and a quality index table 19, a quality index setting part 16 determines the quality index of the next process. A quality evaluation value output part 18 outputs a calculated quality evaluation value to a user's terminal 22.
