PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a merchandise ordering device capable of substantially reducing any nuisance concerning the preparation of an order form at an ordering side or delivery date reply processing at an order reception side.

SOLUTION: This merchandise ordering device 100 reads a merchandise ordering program stored in an HD 114 by a CPU 104, and prepares an order document file by converting extracted order information into an non-rewritable data format, and generates information for display by converting the order information into a markup format, and prepares delivery date information in the information for display as an update column. An object button is provided with a function for returning the information for display to the origin of supply. The CPU 104 transmits an electronic mail attached with command information to start the function and the information for display, and attached with the prepared order document file.
