<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data interface externally interrupted and ensured in safety, which enables the input of a contract, the transfer of the contract to a consignee company and a real time position management by the front of a consignor company in a common system/method, the return of data from the consignee company to the consignor company therefor, and the transmission of the contract content to the consignee company. <P>SOLUTION: This system comprises an input means for inputting, in a computer processing related to a sales transaction or debit and credit transaction for domestic and foreign credit obligations or stocks performed by a person in charge of operation who operates securities, the contract content of the securities or the like; a storage means for managing and accumulating the inputted contract content; an output means for outputting the contract content as data to the computer processing of the consignee company; a connecting means such as the data interface for providing data to the computer of the consignee company or receiving data from the computer of the consignee company; and a fetching means for fetching data from the computer of the consignee company. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
