LAYERED CAPACITOR AND ITS PRODUCING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the equivalent series inductance (ESL) of a layered capacitor. SOLUTION: The layered capacitor has a capacitor body produced by laying first and second inner electrode layers alternately through a dielectric layer and then sintering the entirety wherein the capacitor body has one major surface on which first and second electrode terminals are formed. The layered capacitor is internally provided with at least one first via electrode extending in the laying direction of the capacitor body such that a first electrode terminal is connected with the first inner electrode layer, and at least one second via electrode extending in the laying direction of the capacitor body such that a second electrode terminal is connected with the second inner electrode layer wherein the aspect ratio of the via electrode is set in the range of 4-30 after sintering.
