PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display sheet and floor mat capable of displaying an guide sign of an evacuation route or the like by emission without using a light source even at the time of a blackout, and also displaying it at the time of the blackout differently from at the time of the normal state. SOLUTION: A light emitting display surface 3 formed of a phosphorescent coating or a phosphorescent film is formed on the surface of a base material sheet 2, and a normal display surface 5 is formed on the surface of a light-transmissive sheet 4 laminated on the base material sheet 2. For example, the light emitting display surface 3 works as the guide sign for evacuation, and the normal display surface 5 works as a guide for a change of lines, an advertisement, or the like. In the normal bright state, for the display sheet 1 the normal display surface 5 such as the guide for a change of lines, an advertisement, or the like is displayed, but when a blackout occurs and the ambience gets dark, the display is changed over to the light emitting display surface 3, and the evacuation route to an exit onto the ground is displayed.
