PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation method of a waste incineration system and a waste incinerator for reducing NOx and CO in an exhaust gas exhausted from the incinerator by stabilizing the combustion in the incinerator, and saving the energy by effectively utilizing the sensible heat and kinetic energy of high-temperature exhaust gas in the ash treatment furnace. SOLUTION: The high-temperature exhaust gas extracted from the ash treatment furnace 8 for processing the incineration ash, is blown into a combustion chamber 3 of the waste incinerator 70. The high-temperature exhaust gas extracted from the ash treatment furnace 8 for processing the incineration ash, may be blown into a secondary combustion area 17 of the waste incinerator 70.
