PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger 100 applying a joint connecting structure having high strength without taking a wide space, and free from the increase of pressure loss. SOLUTION: A longitudinal end part of a header tank 140 is projected from an end face in the stacking direction of a core part 101, and a joint block 190 as a connecting member is formed on the projecting end part D for allowing the fluid to flow in and out. Whereby the joint connecting structure having high strength without taking the wide space and free from the increase of the pressure loss as a refrigerant passage area can be widely taken, can be provided.
