PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form for grating cribs, which eliminates drooping of mortar or the like poured therein and is resistant to bleeding, and to provide a grating crib construction method which is carried out by using the form. SOLUTION: The grating crib construction method is carried out by arranging the forms for the grating cribs on a target slope surface covered with a mesh body, erecting reinforcements on the forms like a lattice, and pouring the mortar or the like in the forms, to thereby construct the rib-like grating cribs. The essential structure of the form 1 for the grating cribs is formed of a three-dimensional main skeleton 2 having an inner space enclosed in four directions by mutually opposed right and left frames 4, 3, and front and rear frames 5, 6 arranged in parallel so as to cross the right and left frames 4, 3. The front frame 5 includes a mortar suspension preventive frame 23. When the form 1 for the grating cribs is arranged so that the front and rear frames 5, 6 are along an inclining direction, the suspension preventive frame 23 is arranged on a valley side of the slope.
