PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealant film for a laminate without fluctuations in characteristics of an obtained laminated film owing to a laminating method when laminated to a base film or a kind of adhesive used therefor, and having sufficient antistatic property, in particular having sufficient antistatic property after processed to the laminated film by dry-laminating using a polyether polyurethane addhesive. SOLUTION: In a multi-layer film formed of a polyolefin resin and having at least a heat-sealing layer, the multi-layer film is characterized by having the surface resistivity on the surface of the heat-sealing layer of 1.0 x 1014Ωor smaller when the base film is dry-laminated on the opposite side surface of the heat-sealing layer of the multi-layer film using the polyether polyurethane addhesive.
