METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING TIRE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple method for manufacturing a tire in which the folded part of a carcass reinforcing body can be located between a bead wire and the reinforcing body. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the tire comprises the steps that the carcass reinforcing body (A) is mounted to a nearly flat receiving face (1); at least one end part (A') of the carcass reinforcing body (A) is folded back to itself, a semi-finished article (SF) obtained in such a manner is located all over the periphery of a nearly cylindrical receiving face in a circumference direction; the end part of of the semi-finished article (SF) opposed each other is welded reciprocally; and the bead wire (T) is located on each folded part formed in such a manner.
