PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer controller capable of enhancing the processing capacity. SOLUTION: In the printer controller where a CPU 101 incorporating at least one memory controller and an ASIC 103 incorporating at least one memory controller are connected through a general purpose high speed serial bus 113, at least two high speed serial buses (first high speed serial bus 113, second high speed serial bus 114) being connected with the ASIC 103 are provided and the ASIC 103 can be connected with at least two CPUs (first CPU 101, second CPU 112).
