PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed information concealable form, the printout of which can be possible with a printer widely utilized in an office at present and in which printed information can be concealed by a simple work. SOLUTION: In the form 10 as a first embodiment, under the condition that a first and a second sheets 11 and 12 are piled up each other, printing is executed in the concealing information printing region X and the public information printing region Y of the first sheet 11. After that, the first sheet 11 is folded up at a perforation m1 so as to conceal the concealing information printing region X. Lastly, by folding up the second sheet 12 at a perforation m1 and pasting together, the first sheet 11 keeps its folded-up state. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
