PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To activate a weight sorting device independently without connection of an operation part when setting by the operation part or the like is finished. SOLUTION: A body 3 of the weight sorting machine measures weight of articles to be carried by a belt conveyer 4 with a load cell 6 and an operation control part 8 operates and controls the body 3 of the weight sorting device in accordance with operation parameters, for example, reference values for a speed of the belt conveyer 4 or those for selection and weighed signals are compared with each other. The body 3 of the weight sorting device and a personal computer 26 mounted separately from the operation control part 8 set the operation parameters to the operation control part 8. The operation control part 8 operates and controls the body 3 of the weight sorting device independently from the personal computer 26 after the operation parameters are set. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
