PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent accumulation / solidification of concentrate contained in vapor. SOLUTION: A barrel 1 is fitted with a flow-down plate 20 to introduce the concentrate contained in the vapor to an outlet 6 for a product. The flow-down plate 20 is a plate body in the shape of an oval as a whole and has an insertion hole to insert a rotor 2 at its center. An outer periphery of the flow-down plate 20 is mounted on an inner wall of the barrel 1, thus the flow-down plate 20 is slantly installed in obliquely downward direction from a vapor outlet 7 toward the outlet 6 for the product. This flow-down plate 20 is formed of a plurality of split parts, for example, comprises a first split plate through a forth split plate 21-24 formed in a fan shape at almost an angle of 90°along the peripheral direction.
