PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hall management system which is provided with a control device corresponding to a game machine one by one and having a data storage means, and is made for two-way communication between the control device and a controlled device to store data obtained from the game machine or the like and control the controlled device from the control device in addition to a conventional relay function, and a program for controlling the control device, the controlled device, and respective devices in this system. SOLUTION: The hall management system 1 includes: an information processing terminal 10 for calculation, display, and the like of obtained information; the control device 11 for obtaining and storing various information from the respective devices, processing and transmitting the stored information, directly controlling the controlled device 12 based on the stored information, and relaying and transmitting data from the information processing terminal 10; the controlled device 12 for carrying out a predetermined process based on a control instruction from the control device 11; a pachinko game machine 13; and a ball-dispensing machine 14 for lending game balls.
