PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of easily and quickly performing the interior work of a rubber pipe, easily and efficiently performing the manufacture work of a fastener, improving durability by elastically pressurizing strings and chains stably and surely over a long period of time, simplifying constitution and being suitable for mass production, and manufacturing a relatively inexpensive fastener. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the fastener comprises: a first process of forming an outer shell base plate 1 from a metallic plate material; a second process of forming a lower semispherical part to be roughly of a semispherical shell shape by the drawing work of the outer shell base plate 1 and forming an upper cylindrical part to be roughly of a cylindrical shape by the drawing work of the remaining part; a third process of perforating a lower through-hole 4; a fourth process of internally equipping the rubber pipe B; a fifth process of forming an upper semispherical part to be roughly of the semispherical shell shape by the drawing work of the upper cylindrical part, forming an upper through-hole 5 at a hole edge part 3 and forming an outer shell body A to be roughly of a hollow spherical shape; and a sixth process of executing plating treatment at least to the outer surface of the outer shell body A.
