SUBSTANCE: the essence of the design consists in the fact that the stabilization and guidance system containing series-connected control panel, sight and an actuating drive, whose output is connected to the second input of the sight, uses series-connected carrier velocity transducer, amplifier-modulator, synchro resolver of the control object turning angle sensor, demodulator, controlled divider and a switch, the switch output is connected to the third input of the sight.
