<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing titanium oxide sol suitable for a photoelectric conversion device and a dye-sensitized photoelectric conversion device having excellent photoelectric conversion efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing titanium oxide sol has a process for hydrolyzing ortho-titanate and an acid catalytic dehydrating process for the hydrolyzed material produced in the hydrolyzing process, and further has a process for removing alcohol contained in the reaction liquid before the acid catalytic dehydrating process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
