<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain multiplex transmission even when a plurality of data signals with different clock frequencies are consecutive. <P>SOLUTION: In the case of transmitting asynchronous data DATA 1, DATA 2 with different clock frequencies, data denoting the clock frequencies of the DATA 1, DATA 2 are inserted in transmission frames after headers 1, 2 indicating output destinations of the DATA 1, DATA 2 and the inserted frames are transmitted. A demultiplexer for reproducing the data DATA 1, DATA 2 from the transmission frames and providing outputs, recovers each clock signal on the basis of the clock frequency data and outputs the recovered clock signal together with the data DATA 1, DATA 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
