PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable space heating by constructing a wall surface to heat the wall surface, and keep the inside of a room at a suitable humidity throughout a year. SOLUTION: This wall heating structure employs a hot water heating apparatus 1 where a hot water pipe 3 is fitted in a panel 2, hot water heated by a water heater 4 is made to flow, and the heat is transmitted as a surface via a metal soaking layer.
