PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolytic capacitor whose leak current is small. SOLUTION: A dielectric film 3, a solid-electrolytic layer 5, and a sheet-like solid-electrolytic capacitor element wherein a collector is formed, are laminated in the surface of a valve metallic porous body 2 formed in the surface of a valve metallic foil 1. One end of the valve metallic foil 1 of each solid-electrolytic capacitor element is connected to one external electrode 8 consisting of a lead frame, and the collector layer of the laminated solid-electrolytic capacitor element is connected to the other external electrode 9.
