PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic thin film transistor element exhibiting excellent mechanical strength and transistor performance. SOLUTION: The organic thin film transistor element has a channel of organic semiconductor coupling a source electrode with a drain electrode while touching a gate insulation layer wherein the channel consists of two or more organic semiconductor layers having no compatibility.
