PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the trimming of a plurality of semiconductor rectifier elements provided in a trimming circuit in a short period of time. SOLUTION: The trimming circuit comprises a plurality of resistors (1-4) connected in series, the semiconductor rectifier elements (5-8) connected in parallel with each resistor (1-4), and a plurality of switching elements (15-18) which are connected in series with the resistors (1-4) and the semiconductor rectifier elements (5-8), forming a plurality of trimming circuits (11-14). By simultaneously applying voltage to all the plurality of trimming circuits (11-14) and turning selected switching elements (15-18) on, selected semiconductor rectifier elements (5-8) can be shorted to be broken down.
