PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To almost eliminate blowing out of thin, yarn-like burrs into a cabin by making the amount of the burrs generated near the blow out port of an instrument panel body remarkably less while ensuring joint strength of the instrument panel body joined by vibration welding to an air conditioning air duct. SOLUTION: A plurality of projection ribs 39 vibration-welded to the neighborhood of a defroster blow-out port of the instrument panel body are provided on an upper surface of an extension part 33f of a lower panel 33 of the air conditioning air duct 3 with a gap in a car width direction so as to extend in a longitudinal direction of a car body.
