PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve effectiveness of intervention procedure by discriminating optimum intervention procedure for a patient on bi-ventricular pacing therapeutics etc. SOLUTION: An imaging system 100 includes a medical scanner 110 to form a volume of cardiac image data, a data acquiring system 120 to acquire the volume of cardiac image data, an image forming system 140 to form a visible image from the volume of cardiac image data, databases 130, 150 to store information from the data acquiring system 120 and the image forming system 140, an operator interface system 160 to manage the medical scanner 110, the data acquiring system 120, the image forming system 140, and the databases, and a post-processing system 180 to analyze the volume of cardiac image data, displaying the visible image and being responsive to the operator interface system 160. The operator interface system 160 includes instructions for utilizing the volume of cardiac image data and the visible image for bi-ventricular pacing planning, an atrial fibrillation planning and an atrial flutter planning procedure.
