PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a papermaking and molding apparatus capable of easily and precisely carrying out the mold release of a molded product from a mold without changing a sequence of a conventional molding apparatus. SOLUTION: The papermaking and molding apparatus provides a molded product by the papermaking through the steps comprising a papermaking and molding step for the papermaking of a pulp component from a pulp stock liquid on a papermaking mold to obtain a hydrous molded product, a drying and molding step for drying the hydrous molded product obtained at the papermaking and molding step by the hot-pressing of the hydrous molded product between the press molds, and a mold-releasing step for releasing the molded product dried at the drying and molding step from the press molds. A compressed air-feeding/sucking structure is installed in the press mold, and a molded product-releasing structure acting so as to be interlocked with the compressed air-feeding/sucking structure is installed in the press mold.
