<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the supply of an electronic circuit component by a taped component. <P>SOLUTION: When the number of remaining components becomes lower than a set number in either one feeder, an operator is informed of a condition that the connection of a following taped component to a preceding taped component has become possible. The operator connects the final end of the preceding taped component to the beginning end of the following taped component through a connecting piece or a connecting tape based on the information. When a connecting part detecting device has detected a connecting part in a stage S11, a two-dimensional code printed on the connecting tape is recognized by an ID decoder in a stage S14. Subsequently, the two-dimensional code is decided in a stage S13 whether the same copes with a bar code on the preceding taped component in the condition of one to one or not. When the decision in the stage S13 is YES, the supplying work is continued as it is. However, when that is NO, the operator is informed of the decision in a stage S15 and the supplying work of the electronic circuit component is stopped in a stage S16. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
