<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bill processor capable of easily carrying out change by unitarily managing discrimination parameters and user individual parameters by a master control part, and rewriting a country/denomination category code to be handled. <P>SOLUTION: The bill processor is composed of a bill discriminating part 20 having a first discrimination parameter 25b for discriminating a bill, and the main control part 51 connected via an interface 22 and having a second discrimination parameter 55a for discriminating the bill. It is characterized by that the first discrimination parameter 25b is generated from data of the second discrimination parameter 55a sent to the bill discriminating part 20 by the main control part 51 on the basis of a country to be applied or information of a denomination to be handled, and the bill discriminating part 20 carries out discrimination of a bill by using the first discrimination parameter 25b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
