<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food product having an excellent active oxygen removing activity by utilizing Agaricus blazei as raw material. <P>SOLUTION: The edible active oxygen removing composition comprises a lactic acid fermentation product obtained by adding a lactic acid bacillus to the Agaricus blazei and carrying out the lactic acid fermentation, and an enzymic hydrolyzate obtained by adding hemicellulase to the Agaricus blazei and carrying out an enzymic treatment, as principal components. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
