摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provided a method with which small thermal shrinking and high dimensional accuracy can be obtained at the time of forming fine ruggedness structure on the surface of an optical element by molding and to provide an optical element with dielectric multilayered film which is manufactured using this method and which has high heat resistance and a desired property and durability. <P>SOLUTION: The optical element is constituted by forming a prescribed surface shape on the surface of a solid composition layer and by covering it with dielectric multilayered film. It is desirable for the coefficient of line thermal expansion of the solid composition layer to be 190ppm/&deg;C or less. The solid composition layer is obtained by molding and hardening fluidity composition including a polymerizable organic group. Hardening is performed with photopolymerization or thermal polymerization of the polymerizable organic group and the prescribed surface shape is transferred from a forming die. Then, the hardened composition is separated from the forming die and the dielectric multilayered film is formed on the surface of the solid composition layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
