VIBRATION ISOLATOR

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To greatly reduce weight of a vibration isolator by forming a stopper fitting by aluminum without impairing assembly property for a body fitting. SOLUTION: This vibration isolator is constituted in such a way that an upper end opening part of the body fitting 10 having a cylindrical barrel part and an upper side mounting fitting 12 connected with a vibration body side are mutually connected by a vibration proofing basic body 14 made of a rubber elastic body and a stopper fitting 52 forming a cylindrical shape surrounding the outer periphery of the vibration proofing basic body 14 and performing stopper action for displacement in the vertical direction of the upper side mounting fitting 12 by bending and forming an upper end part inward as a stopper part 54. An upper end opening fringe of the body fitting 10 is caulked and tightened so as to wrap it in its lower end part using a press molding made of aluminum as the stopper fitting 52.
