PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation system for freely reading information on respective travel histories of individual drivers, and providing route information specialized into the respective individualities of individual drivers. SOLUTION: The navigation system 11 for guiding a vehicle 12 up to a destination is equipped with a destination means for designating a sending end of data arbitrarily by a user, and a transmission means for transmitting data comprising moving object identification information for identifying the vehicle 12 in addition to history information such as a travel history such as a travel history of the vehicle 12, to the designated sending end (information processing apparatus 16). The history information of the vehicle 12 is stored in the processing apparatus 16, and route search on the basis of this history information is performed in the processing apparatus 16.
